  MY ePay PAYROLL WEB FEATURES  
  Home Portal  
 
The Administrative Home page is the portal to My ePay Payroll Web. If you have multiple companies, you can even access all of them with a single login. This is also an excellent product for private label clients.
30-Day Outlook shows employees' birthdays, job anniversaries, training renewals, and upcoming employee reviews. It also shows you any incomplete reminders you have set.
My Payroll is your point of access to the currently open payroll, as well as vital statistics on your most recent payrolls.
 
  Employee Maintenance  
 
With a completely integrated HR package, you can eliminate duplicated data entry and a wide assortment of information, including personal information, time-off accrual plans, reminders, family contacts, emergency contacts, past employers, education, training, skills, reviews, and attendance.
 
  Human Resources  
 
The employee list gives you a quick and easy way to sort, filter and scroll through your employees to update and maintain their records. Once you click on an employee's name, you will have complete control over rates, taxes, status and exemptions; you can also schedule unlimited recurring pays or deductions; and easily set up third party deduction checks or declining loans.
 
  Processing PAYROLL  
 
Besides the normal processing of payroll, many payroll-related tasks are available. For example, you can calculate and save manual checks, obtain quick access to reminders and attendance records, maintain jobs for job costing, views Workers' Compensation rates and assignments, and view accrual plans.
Because you are in complete control throughout the entire process, you can choose who to pay and what options you want with each check. My ePay Payroll Web allows you to enter data quickly and easily, and offers both customizable summary and detail entry screens.
The summary page gives you a spreadsheet-like interface for entering payroll data so you can move quickly through the bulk of your payroll entry.
The detail page shows all the details of each check, allowing you to make adjustments as needed. You can even calculate the taxes and net for that check to make sure it ends up the way you want it.
Before submitting your data for processing, you have instant access to a payroll register.
 
  Reporting  
 
You can print any report from My ePay Payroll Web prior to submitting your payrolls. With nearly 50 reports available, your entire payroll history can be examined at any time. You can also filter your reports by payroll number, date, division/department, or employee, depending upon which criteria is applicable for that report.
All reports are exported and displayed in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF), and are the exact reports you get in your payroll package. This eliminates having to become familiar with two sets of reports.
